  1. THE BASICS

    • We're Padel Vibes Ltd, registered in England (company number 15361830)

    • Our home base is at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE

    • These terms apply when you buy our padel gear from padelvibes.co.uk

  2. Important Terms to Know:

    • A "Business Day" is any day except Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays in England and Wales

    • "Website" means padelvibes.co.uk

    • "Products" means any items available for purchase on our website

  1. ORDERING & PAYMENT

    • Once you place an order, we'll confirm it by email

    • Full payment is needed when you order

    • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to let us know you want to return them (your "cooling-off period")

  2. OUR PRODUCTS

    • We provide detailed descriptions of all our products

    • Sometimes we might need to make small changes to meet safety rules

    • What you see is what you get - we're honest about our products

  1. DELIVERY DETAILS

    • For orders over £30, Tracked 48H delivery is included in your price for England, Scotland, and Wales

    • International orders: you'll need to cover any import fees or taxes

    • We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days for UK mainland

    • Orders placed after 14:00h will be shipped the following working day

    • Important note about delivery timing:

      • While we work with reliable delivery partners, sometimes delays can happen that are beyond our control

      • Delivery delays are not considered a valid reason for return at our fault

      • Planning for a special occasion? Please order well in advance to allow for any potential delays

      • We recommend allowing extra time for your delivery, especially for important dates or events

  1. OUR PROMISE TO YOU (WARRANTY)

    • All our products come with standard manufacturer warranty

    • This doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse

    • If something's wrong, contact us via our product support form

  1. RETURNS

    Here's how returns work:

    • You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to return it, and 14 days to return the goods to us from your return request

    • Products must be unused and in their original packaging

    • Unless the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, a return fee will be deducted from your refund (£3.90 for the UK)

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items

      • RETURN PROCESS:

        1. Fill out our product support form and wait for us to get back to you

        2. Pack your items the same way you received them (keep all original packaging and make sure items are well protected)

        3. We'll arrange collection from your chosen address

        4. Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund

        5. The return fee will be deducted (unless the return is due to a defect or our error)

        6. Refund will go back to your original payment method

  1. BOLD BEGINNINGS - PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Campaign Period: from 24/06/2025 to 31/07/2025 (inclusive)

    Offer Details:

    • Free Tracked 48H shipping on single pack BOLD overgrips from our retail range

    • Applies to: BOLD ComfortMax™, BOLD EliteFeel™, and BOLD LuxeTac™

    • Maximum 3 single units per overgrip model per customer (lifetime limit across all orders)

    • Customer must select "Free Shipping" option at checkout

    • Valid for UK delivery addresses only

    • Can be combined with discount codes

    Order Processing:

    • All orders are manually reviewed for compliance

    • Customers exceeding 3 single units per model limit can either pay shipping fees for excess units or cancel the order and receive a refund minus £0.50 administration charge

    General Terms:

    • Subject to stock availability

    • Standard product warranty and return policy applies

    • Padel Vibes Ltd may modify or terminate promotion at any time

    • Multiple accounts or addresses to circumvent limits constitute abuse
